[香蒜橄欖油意粉 Spahetti Alio e Olio]

Happy Weekend! 這個意粉Spaghetti Alio e Olio 是意大利朋友教我煮的,意大利人在派對後或深夜常煮的意粉,因材料只有意粉,蒜頭,橄欖油,只需10分鐘!超簡單,真正意大利風味!

Spaghetti Alio e Olio, the easiest pasta dishes but taste so good with all natural flavour. 3 ingredients (pasta,garlic, olive oil), in 10mins, you can taste the real Italia taste!

Heat the pan with olive oil and garlic, cook at low heat for few mins, let the flavour out. Then put the cooked pasta (drain well), season with salt and pepper, add 2 Tbs of pasta water, mix well. Done! With lot of Parsley and cheese....YUM!
